Jessie and her family (Brian, Justin, and Anna) are long-time members of the Embry Hills / Nottaway / Lakeside / Chamblee communities.

HOWARD HURTADO

Assistant Director – Pickleball

Howard, a seasoned competitor, boasts a collection of medals, including the prestigious title of Georgia State Pickleball Champion in both singles and doubles categories.

His expertise encompasses a deep understanding of pickleball techniques, strategies, and specialized product knowledge.

Howard is driven by his passion to assist players in achieving their pickleball aspirations, whether they are beginners seeking a solid start or seasoned competitors aiming for tournament success.

CHRIS CLARKE

Head Pro-tier Coach

Christopher Clarke is a head pro coach at ITP Training Academy. Born and raised in Washington DC. At 15 Chris fell in love with tennis and his passion led him to play Division 1 tennis at the University of Maryland ES. He continued his competing overseas in Europe, played ITF futures, and was ranked top 40 in the state section of Mid Atlantic. A former ITF, ATP, WTA, and University of Lynchburg head coach, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and coaching expertise to the team at ITP.

KYLE THOMAS

Assistant Director of Operations

As a lifelong athlete, Kyle Thomas rediscovered his love for tennis this year after a decade-long hiatus, and he’s thrilled to now be part of the ITP community! Through his athletic background—from high school wrestling and track to rock climbing adventures—Kyle brings his passion for active living to his role at the club. With a customer service, digital marketing and social media background, he is excited to help elevate your club experience.

Amalia Guadarrama

Marketing Director

Amalia is the Marketing Director at ITP Training Academy, bringing over a decade of customer service experience to her role. Passionate about helping others, she has a diverse background that includes property management and marketing, having spent three years in the industry before transitioning into her current position. Beyond her professional expertise, when not at the courts at ITP, Amalia is a sports fan who enjoys going to soccer and baseball games. In her free time, she loves thrifting, running, and working out. Most importantly, she is a mom to her senior dachshund, Ollie, who hopefully you are lucky enough to meet one day!

JIM FIELDMAN

Pickleball Coach

Jim is a recent transplant from Colorado where he was an A Level Racquetball player and coach. His passion for racquet sports naturally led him to pickleball. His desire to improve his game and the players around him, drove him to become a certified pickleball coach through Pickleball Coaching International. Jim, a retired Chiropractor, is well versed in not only pickleball techniques and strategies but is also uniquely qualified to help players on proper bio-mechanics and injury prevention so players can improve their game and play pain free.

Kevin Ye

Head of Padel Program

Kevin, a sports professional with a lifelong passion for racket sports, has now focused on the growing the sport of padel and its community. His background has been in tennis. He played at Kenyon College, where he holds top 5 all times doubles wins in school history in several categories and helped lead the team to a NCAA National Finals and Indoor National Championship. In his coaching career, he worked for ACE Tennis Academy serving as the director of junior development and overall director. He continued at Emory University as an Assistant Coach for number of years and awarded the NCAA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2023. Kevin has now transitioned into padel where he is combining his expertise in racket sports and passion for community building to grow padel’s presence in the US. The headers for indoor pickleball and restaurant & bar on those pages are showing up a different size than the other pages for some reason

DARRELL THOMAS

Club Staff


Darrell, one of our weekend closers, is the longest tenured member of the front desk staff. He is best known for Darrell’s JAMZ, an eclectic mix of hits from many different genres starting with hits from the 70s to the present time. An avid sports lover and Auburn University Chemical Engineering graduate, he is also fair game to talk endlessly about any topic and makes it a point to greet each patron by name upon checking in at the front desk!

OLENA BILUKHA

Tennis Coach & Staff

With a decorated junior (ranked #1 in Southern Section) and high school tennis career (GA State Champion), Olena
is passionate about helping people achieve their tennis goals. Her passion for different forms of fitness including pilates helps her bring a whole-body wellness approach to her teaching and interactions.
